The Court :- In a suit for recovery of possession by evicting an

alleged trespasser, the plaintiff has taken out this application for judgment

upon admission.

The affidavit-in-opposition on behalf of defendants and the affidavit-in-

reply on behalf of the plaintiff filed in Court today are taken on record.

It is submitted on behalf of the defendants that they have long back

made an application for rejection of the plaint and/or dismissal of the suit,

inter alia, under the provisions of Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil

Procedure, 1908. The said application is numbered as GA 3 of 2022.

It is further submitted that this application is required to be heard

before the plaintiff's application for judgment upon admission is taken up for

hearing.

Considering this submission, let GA 3 of 2022 appear along with the

instant application being GA 2 of 2022 on 30th November, 2022.
