The Court: It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the date for
execution of the warrants of arrest were till today and the same be extended for
a period of 12 weeks from date
In view of the aforesaid, the returnable date for the warrants of arrest are
extended for a period of 12 weeks from date.
The warrants of arrest are made returnable after 12 weeks.
The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of
the local Police Station are directed to implement this order and ensure due
execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtors
before this Court on or before the returnable date.
The Superintendent of Police is directed to file a report as to why the
warrants of arrest have not been executed till date.
