The Court:- The judgment-debtor is produced under arrest. Te judgment-

debtor has given an undertaking that he shall be present as and when directed

by this Court. Accordingly, the warrant of arrest issued against the judgment-

debtor stands discharged. The judgment-debtor has submitted that he has

engaged Mr. Debraj Sinha, Advocate to represent him in this proceeding.

Accordingly, the judgment-debtor shall be an Affidavit of Assets in From No. 16A

of Appendix-E of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and shall remain present for

examination on the returnable date.

Let this matter appear on 4th April, 2022.

The Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor is directed to

serve a copy of the Affidavit of Assets on the Advocate appearing on behalf of the

decree-holder prior to the returnable date.
