on the prayer of the learned counsel for the

respondent. Learned Counsel for the respondent

submits that in the judgment dated 17 th March, 2022

at page 2 the Appeal number is wrongly mentioned as

5 of 2019 instead of Appeal No. 5 of 2015 and at page

No. 12 in paragraph 5 line no. 2 the Appeal number is

wrongly mentioned as 21 of 2015 instead of Appeal

No. 5 of 2015.

In view of the above, in the judgment dated 17 th

March, 2022 at page no.2 at paragraph 1, the Appeal

number shall be read as 5 of 2015 instead of Appeal

No. 5 of 2019 and at page No. 12 in paragraph 5, line

No. 2, the Appeal number shall be read as 5 of 2015

instead of Appeal No. 21 of 2015.

This order be treated as part of the order dated

17th March, 2022.

Registry is directed to take appropriate steps.
