Jadavpur Police Station Case No.04 of 2016 under Sections

448/406/379/34 of the Indian penal Code was registered on the basis

of a written complaint submitted by the opposite party No.2 under

Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Subsequently,

police submitted charge sheet. Now, the dispute has been amicably

settled by and between the parties. On this ground the parties have

prayed for quashing of the above mentioned case and charge sheet in

connection with Case No. ACGR 36 of 2016.

Since the offences are compoundable in nature, the above

mentioned case being Jadavpur Police Station Case No.04 of 2016 and

ACGR Case No. 36 of 2016 are quashed.

The instant revision is, thus, disposed of.
