The parties are living separately for almost 10 years.
We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
In view of the submission made on behalf of the
parties that the views of the parties would be obtained with
regard to the possibility of a mutual divorce in view of long
separation, we adjourn this matter for two weeks (i.e. 18th
July, 2022).
However, both the parties shall file an affidavit of
disclosure of assets and liabilities in the form as mentioned
in Enclosure-I of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme
Court in Rajnesh Vs. Neha reported at (2021) 2 SCC 324
within the aforesaid time.
The affidavits may not be exchanged before the
adjourned date and shall be considered on the adjourned
date.
The department is directed to call for the L.C.R. in
the meantime.
The affidavit filed on behalf of the
respondent/husband is taken on record.
