appellant that in page 7 of our judgment and order dated 11th July,

2022, one of the appeal numbers has been wrongly mentioned on

account of inadvertence on the part of the appellant.

This defect be rectified and instead of Appeal No.

"ST/76382/2018" it should be read as "D-77321/2019".

The same mistake has occurred in paragraph 10 at page 8 and

the same shall also corrected as mentioned above.

This order shall form part of the judgment and order dated 11th

July, 2022.
