The Court: Judgment and order dated February 23, 2021 is placed in the list at

the instance of the department when they found difficulties in settlement of judgment

and order. Interest at the rate of 12 % was awarded. The award of the interest should be

calculated at the rate of 12% per annum. The words 'per annum' are incorporated

immediately after the word '12 %' in the judgment and order dated February 23, 2021.

Learned advocate appearing for the plaintiff submits that the award of interest

should be till realisation. Learned advocate appearing for the defendant does not object

to the same.

Such prayer being reasonable is accepted.

In such circumstances, the words 'till realisation' be incorporated after Rs.

47,70,555.25 in the judgment and order dated February 23, 2021.
