upon the judgment in the case of N.V.International Vs. State of Assam and others reported in [2020] 2 SCC 109 and submits that appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 cannot be entertained beyond a period of 120 days. The present appeal is being filed after 120 days, it is not maintainable. 2] The learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to respond to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents.
