1. This Writ Petition challenges the impugned judgment

and order dated 29 September 2016, rejecting MANRJI

Application No.23 of 2015. The Petitioner has filed R.A.D. Suit

in the Court of Small Causes, Mumbai. The said suit is pending

for hearing. In the said declaratory suit filed by the Petitioner,

MANRJI Application was filed bearing No.23 of 2015 which was

rejected, hence the Writ Petition.

2. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 28

February 2024. In addition to the Court notice, the Petitioner is

permitted to serve the Respondents by advocates' private notice

by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service

before the next date of hearing.
