We have perused the report submitted by the Divisional

Commissioner dated 12.10.2022, pursuant to the directions of this Court

issued while deciding the writ petition by the judgment and order dated

03.03.2022.

2. It appears that the matter pertains to fraudulent claims in respect

of freedom fighter's pension. Considering the direction issued by the Court,

we feel it appropriate that the report of Divisional Commissioner is placed

before the same Court. Office to take steps.
