. By this Application, the Applicants have sought stay of execution

and implementation of the impugned judgment dated 06/07/2022

passed by the Commissioner for E.C.A. & The Judge, First Labour

Court, Nashik in Application W.C.(F) No.47/B-6 of 2014.

2. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that compensation as per

the impugned judgment will be deposited before the Labour Court,

Nashik within a period of four weeks.

3. In the light of said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment dated 06/07/2022 in Application W.C.(F)

No.47/B-6 of 2014 is stayed till the next date of hearing. Issue notice

to the Respondents, returnable on 12/12/2022. Private service is

permitted.

4. Stand over to 12/12/2022.
