1. The appeal preferred by the Applicant challenging the judgment dated 15th June, 2015 passed by Civil Judge Senior Division Palghar & J.M.F.C. Palghar has been partly allowed by Additional Sessions Judge, Palghar vide judgment and order dated 25th November, 2021 releasing the applicant on probation of good conduct.

2. Hence, the prayer in this application suspending the sentence and grant of bail is not granted. Interim Application No.1837 of 2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
