deposited before the Court of Commissioner for Employees

Compensation, Mumbai in Workmen Compensation Claim Petition

No.576/C-144 of 2012, and that the deposit receipt is already placed on

record.

2. In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of

the impugned judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.
