JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed against the judgment dated 05.01.2017

passed in by the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor in

O.S.No.314 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw

this appeal, on the ground that she has information that the

matter is settled out of this Court.

3. Under the circumstances, this appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
