1. Heard Sri Nand Kishore, learned counsel for the applicant and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

2. Present application has been filed for the following relief:

''WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to call and punish to the contemnors/opposite parties for non compliance of the judgment and order dated 05/03/2025 passed by this Hon'ble court in writ A No. 4436/2023 (Ram Newal Verma Versus State of U.P. & Others) contained as Annexure No. 1 to this affidavit in the interest of justice."

3. From perusal of prayer, it appears that no contempt is made out as there was no direction of this court as the learned counsel for the electricity department was granted time to seek instructions.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application to pursue Writ A No.4436 of 2023 to get appropriate order.

5. In view of the above, present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
