With the consent of learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties, the writ petition is being finally decided.
There is a consensus at the bar that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the judgement and order of this Court passed in the case of Ram Kishor Yadav & Another Vs. State of U.P. Thru. Its Prin. Secy. Agriculture Edu. And Research Lko. & 2 Others (Neutral Citation No. 2025:AHC-LKO:3993), a copy of which has been filed as part of Annexure No. 9 to the petition.
Accordingly taking into consideration the aforesaid consensus, the present petition is disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment passed in the case of Ram Kishor Yadav (supra).
It is provided that the petitioners would also be entitled for the benefit of the judgment of Ram Kishor Yadav (supra).
