This First Appeal from Order has been filed against the judgment and award dated 04.08.2022 passed in M.A.C.P. No.1284/2014 by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Lucknow.

The appellant and the respondent nos.1 to 5 have entered into compromise,which has been annexed alongwith the application for disposal of the first appeal in terms of the compromise entered between the parties registered as IA 5 of 2024. The compromise has been verified by the Senior Registrar and a report dated 14.11.2024 has been submitted.

Learned counsel for the appellant has filed an application bearing No.6 of 2024 for relinquishing the claim against respondent nos.6 and 7, which was allowed by means of the order dated 06.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into between the parties.

In view of above, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise, which shall form part of this order.
