1. Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:

"1. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to complete the eviction proceeding under section 67 of U.P. Revenue code 2006 computerized case no. T202304230705677 Gram sabha vs Marjiram in the interest of justice The copy of Gata no. 229 and case status is being Annexed as Annexure no. 1 and 2 to this writ petition.

2. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment over Rasta Gata no.229 situated village Fattapur khurd Tehsil Rudauli District Ayodhya U.P. in light of order and judgment passed by this Hon, ble court in Misc. Bench No.12801 of 2011(Ran Bahadur Singh Vs. State of U.P. read with section 26 of U.P. revenue code 2006."

2. Learned Standing Counsel states that the proceedings are pending.

3. Considering the statement of learned Standing Counsel, it is directed that the proceedings shall be concluded expeditiously.

4. Present petition stands disposed off in above terms.

5. This order has been passed in the presence of Shri Mohan Singh, Advocate appearing for respondent no.6.
