1. Heard Shri Anu Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.

2. This intra-Court appeal filed under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 has assailed the judgment/order dated 13.10.2023 passed by writ Court in Writ-A No.7890 of 2023.

3. The writ Court by means of the impugned judgment/order has issued specific directions for conclusion of disciplinary proceedings within a time frame subject to cooperation of the appellant. The consequence as a result of non conclusion of the enquiry is also spelt out.

4. Having gone through the judgment impugned herein this special appeal, we are of the considered view that the present intra-Court appeal does not call for any interference in exercise of the appellate jurisdiction of this Court.

5. The special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
