Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"i. direct the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Bhadohi-Gyanpur to decide Restoration Application/Misc. Case No.8 of 2023 (Shanker Lal Rajbhar vs. Rabiya Khatun and others) against the ex-parte judgment and award dated 09.02.2022 passed by Tribunal which is pending before him within a reasonable period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

....."

Considering the fact that the application is pending before the Tribunal, the present petition is disposed off directing the Tribunal to decide the Restoration Application/Misc. Case No.8 of 2023 (Shanker Lal Rajbhar vs. Rabiya Khatun and others) with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months.

The petitioner would be entitled to move a stay application in the restoration application, which shall be decided within one week.
