1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties.

2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to opposite parties to consider appointment of petitioners with effect from the year of advertisement i.e. 2000 or at least from 14.06.2003 with all other consequential benefits and to exclude petitioners from the effect and operation of notifications dated 28.03.2005 and 07.04.2005 pertaining to new pension schemes as well as include the petitioners under the old pension scheme.

3. It has been submitted that in number of judgments pertaining to various government departments, such benefits have already been granted to the employees and petitioners are also entitled for the same. Regarding the same grievances, petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 12.12.2022 sent through speed post. At present, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer for a decision regarding the same.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions and without entering into the merits of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before opposite party no.2 who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of the representation along with the certified copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, the petitioner stands disposed of.
