1. Heard Sri Munna Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anand Bhaskar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the State.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondent to expedite the proceedings of Mutation Case No. 00671 of 20121 Computer Case No. T 201905440400671 of 2021 (Amina Khatoon vs. Rajdeo) under Section 35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Tehsildar, Tehsil- Kasia, District Kushinagar.

3. By a detailed judgment dated 19.05.2023, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ C No. 17072 of 2023, Dayashankar vs. State of U.P. and others, various directions have been issued to expedite the proceedings under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and various guidelines have been provided.

4. Therefore, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of the above judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench.
