The Counsel for the petitioners has stated that on similar issue a Writ Petition No.6000 (SS) of 2019 (Alok Kumar and anther vs State of U.P. and others) is pending, however, learned Standing Counsel informs that the same was dismissed on 07.01.2020.

In view thereof, nothing survives in the petition as the special appeal against the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.6000 (SS) of 2019 is pending.

In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed on the same ground as contained in the judgment and order dated 07.01.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.6000 (SS) of 2019.
