Hon'ble Manish Kumar,J.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has prayed for time to file rejoinder affidavit.
Learned Standing counsel has objected to such time being granted. He says that a counter affidavit was filed by the State-respondents in 2021 and similar writ petitions have been dismissed by this Court, a mention of which has been made in the said counter affidavit.
A copy of the judgment and order dated 07.07.2010 passed in Writ Petition No.1537 (M/S) of 2001 [Pahwa Gun House and Others Vs. State of U.P. & Others] has been filed as Annexure to the Counter affidavit and also a copy of the judgment and order dated 13.12.2002 passed in Writ Petition No.19917 (M/S) of 2001 has been filed as Annexure CA-2 to the Counter affidavit.
This Court finds no good ground to keep the matter pending as similar cases have been dismissed.
The writ petition is dismissed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19917 (M/S) of 2001 decided on 13.12.2002.
