Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first motion in the presentation of 13-B application for mutual divorce was filed by the parties jointly on 30.05.2022 and now the date is fixed on 27.01.2023 and therefore, matter can be directed to be decided in the light of judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Amardeep Singh v. Harveen Kaur, Civil Appeal No. 11158 of 2017.

This Court has already passed a detailed order in the case of Lalit Kumar v. Nirmala @ Ravina being Matter Under Article 227 No. 12190 of 2022.

This petition is accordingly stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court dated 12.01.2023 in Matter Under Article 227 No. 12190 of 2022.
