Heard Ms. Udihsa Tripathi holding brief of Mr. Agnihotri Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant.
Present Contempt Application has been filed seeking a direction to punish the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the writ court's order and judgment dated 07.05.2022 passed in Writ-A No.6959 of 2022.
Counsel for the applicant submits that despite service of writ court's order dated 07.05.2022 upon the opposite party on 20.05.2022 and also sending reminder thereof on 31.08.2022, the writ court's order has not been complied with in its letter and spirit, which is a wilful disobedience of the order of this court.
Notice is not issued at this stage.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted to the opposite party to comply with the writ court's order in its letter and spirit within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him.
Counsel for the applicant undertakes to serve the copy of the order within fortnight.
In the event, the writ court's order is not complied with within the aforesaid period, it will be open for the applicant to approach this Court again.
With the aforesaid observations, the present Contempt Application is disposed of.
