Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned standing counsel for respondents.

Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to permit the petitioner for DV/PST (Document Verification/Physical Standard) for constable Civil Police and Constable PAC recruitment exam-2018-II."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in Writ A No. 2524 of 2020 (Dharm Raj and 148 others vs. State of U.P. & others), which was disposed of vide order dated 24.11.2022, therefore, this petition may also be disposed of on the same terms and conditions.

The contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner has not been disputed by learned standing counsel and he fairly conceded that the matter is squarely covered with the judgment of this Court in the case of Dharm Raj (Supra).

Under such facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 24.11.2022 passed in Writ A No. 2524 of 2020.
