The counsel for the parties agree that the petitioners fall in the category 'A' and the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment in the case of Rishabh Mishra and others vs. State of U.P. and others in Service Single No.8056 of 2020 decided on 20.12.2021.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off with the said directions as contained in Writ Petition Service Single No.8056 of 2020 (supra). The directions given therein shall also be applicable in the case of the present petitioners.
