This is an application for correction in the judgment dated 03.11.2023 passed by this Court. This petition was disposed off along with a bunch of writ petitions with leading Writ C No.30268 of 2017.

Learned counsel for petitioners submit that due to typographical error, the name of the petitioner college, finds mention at Serial No.4 of the table mentioned in Paragraph 9 of the order dated 03.11.2023 and against the name of the petitioner college in the column of the 'No. of vacant seats' is mentioned as '9' instead of '7'.

Reason indicated in the affidavit filed in support of application is sufficient.

Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

Accordingly, the correction application is allowed and let the judgment dated 03.11.2023 in the leading case i.e. Writ C No.30268 of 2017, against the name of the petitioner college i.e. Subharti Medical College, in the column of the 'No. of vacant seats' be corrected to '7' instead of '9'.
