The instant review application has been filed for the following main relief:-

"WHEREFORE, the humble applicant most respectfully prays this Hon'ble Court to allow this review application and set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 12.07.2023, passed in Writ B No. 594 of 2023, Shyam Lal Gautam Vs State of U.P. and others."

The order, under review, dated 12.07.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-B No. 594 of 2023 (Shyam Lal Gautam vs. State of U.P. and others) was presented and argued by Dr. Surendra Singh Chauhan and Sri Anil Kumar Advocates, whereas, the present review application has been filed by Sri Ravi Singh, Advocate that too without seeking no objection from the Advocates, who appeared before Writ Court. Accordingly, the instant review application is liable to be dismissed in view of the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the judgment passed in the case of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board and Another vs. N. Raju Reddiar and Another, (1997) 9 SCC 736.

Taking note of aforesaid, the application (IA/1/2023) seeking condonation of delay in filing instant review application is hereby rejected. Consequently, the application for review is also dismissed.
