1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present appeal had been filed by the Claimants/ Appellant seeking enhancement of the Award passed by MACT Kanpur Dehat.

3. The Claimant/Appellant and the Insurance Co./Respondent have arrived at a settlement/ compromise whereby the present appeal is being settled for full and final consideration of Rs. 3,30,000/- (Rs. Three Lakh and Thirty thousand only) over and above the amount which has already been received by the Claimants/ Appellants in terms of the Judgment/ Award in the lower court.

4. Nothing beyond the above shall be payable to the appellants by the Insurance Company.

5. The said settlement/compromise is being arrived at between the parties through mutual consent, of their own free will and without any undue influence/coercion.

6. Parties to act as per compromise deed.

7. This appeal is disposed off in view of the settlement between the parties.
