Learned Standing Counsel has received instructions from the Joint Director, Electrical Security, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The same is taken on record.

Heard Ms. Shalini Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Rajesh Tiwari, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State.

On 03.03.2023 the Court had passed the following order:-

"List this case on 14.3.2023 as fresh to enable the learned State Counsel to seek instructions as to whether this petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 7.8.2019 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 5055 (M/B) of 2019, M/s Bansal Wire Industries Ltd. v. State of U.P. & ors."

Today, Shri Sidharth Dhaon, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has placed before the Court a letter of the Joint Director, Electricity Security, Govt. of U.P., Lucknow dated 13.03.2023 wherein he has been instructed to inform the Court that the case at hand is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 07.08.2019 rendered in Writ Petition No. 5055 (M/B) of 2019. The said letter dated 13.03.2023 is taken on record.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment, meaning thereby, the petitioner shall be entitled to the benefit of observations/directions contained in the said judgment on the same terms with a corresponding obligation on the opposite parties.
