Ms. Gauri Singh, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Sudhakar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant contends that the judgment and order passed by the writ Court dated 30.08.2022 has been complied with and the contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed. The notices are discharged.
