As per report received from Juvenile Justice Board, Mirzapur through Sessions Judge concerned, revisionist is acquitted vide judgment and order dated 23.1.2023.
Learned A.G.A. and learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2 pointed out that the present revision has become infructuous due to acquittal of the revisionist.
In view of the above, present revision is dismissed as infructuous.
