After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Parihar, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal which has been filed against the judgment dated 29.03.2023 passed in Writ-A No.19464 of 2020 with liberty to file an application for review of the earlier judgment dated 03.03.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.5762 (S/S) of 2020.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid, if otherwise permissible in law.
