The claim of petitioner for financial benefit under Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna is pending before the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki since 28.02.2022.

Learned Standing Counsel says that there is a delay of three days in submitting the claim as per the calculation made by him from the records of this petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that there is a Division Bench judgment dated 16.03.2022 in Writ - C No. - 1591 of 2022; Pushpa vs State of U.P through its Secretary, Revenue Department and another according to which it is within time.

If any such claim is pending before the District Level Committee headed by the District Magistrate, Barabanki and the same is in accordance with the Rules, let the same be considered and decided within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order keeping in mind the aforesaid Division Bench judgment, if it is applicable.

Petition is disposed of.
