1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Sandeep Chandra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State.

2. The petitioner has filed a petition being Writ A No.13553 of 2019 before this Court at Allahabad in respect of the same subject matter and the said writ petition is still pending for final disposal. The petitioner has also filed a review petition against the judgment and order dated 14.05.2018 passed in Writ A No.36367 of 2013 at Allahabad.

3. Third petition has been filed before this Court. The Court puts a specific question to the counsel for the petitioner that why this petition has been filed here whereas two earlier petitions/review petition have been filed at Allahabad, learned counsel has no clear answer to this query.

4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he would like to withdraw this petition and file a petition at Allahabad.

5. In view thereof, present petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file the same at Allahabad inasmuch as the petitioner has filed the petitions at Allahabad.

6. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed aforesaid.
