1. Heard Shri Ram Raj, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Lalit Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite parties.

2. The applicants are alleging contempt of courts of the order dated 23.4.2013 on the ground that Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultapur called administrative council meeting on 22.4.2014 at 11a.m. i.e. 38th meeting wherein the applicant was not called to participate in the meeting, therefore there is deliberate and willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 23.4.2013.

3. I have perused the judgment and order dated 23.4.2013 and found that no direction permitting the applicant to participate in the meeting. Therefore, there is no deliberate and willful contempt of courts of the order dated 23.4.2013.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application is rejected.
