Criminal Misc. Stay Extension Application No. 2 of 2023

This Criminal Misc. Stay Extension Application is filed on behalf of petitioner with a prayer to extend the stay dated 26.10.2017 granted in the aforesaid petition. It is also submitted that trial court has proceeded in the matter with the general order of the Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing judgment.

This case of Anti Corruption is pending since 2017 and proceeding of the said case has been stayed by this Court on 26.10.2017.

Counter affidavit has not been filed in this case.

It is not deemed proper to extend this stay order.

Criminal Misc. Stay Extension Application is rejected.
