This is an appeal against the judgment and order dated 19.04.2001 passed by the J.M.-I, Raebareli.
Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the matter pertains to matrimonial dispute and at this juncture the appellant has no grievance to the opposite parties nos. 2 to 6 and they are living in a peaceful atmosphere and are enjoying respectful life. He next added that this is an appeal against the order of acquittal and thus, the appellant do no want to press the instant appeal and thus, the appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection to the contention aforesaid.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the instant appeal filed against the judgment and order of acquittal is hereby dismissed as not pressed.
