C. M. Application No.2 of 2023-for correction/modification of the order dated 28.2.2023.

1. Pressing instant application for correction, learned counsel for the appellant-company submits that the claimants are entitled to only 40 per cent of the salary toward future prospects. In support of his submissions he has relied upon the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of National Insurance Company Limited Vs. Pranay Sethi and others, (2017) 16 Supreme Court Cases 680.

2. It is noticed that to allow the prayer of the appellant/applicant review-application has to be filed by it.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant/applicant, at this stage, submits that he wants to withdraw this application for correction with liberty to file review application.

4. In light of the above, the application for correction is rejected as withdrawn with liberty to file review application.
