In compliance with the order dated 20.03.2023, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh has submitted a report dated 24.03.2023, which indicates that Case No. 5503 of 2005, State vs. Girvar Sharma (arising out of Case Crime No. 372 of 2004), under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Banna Devi, District Aligarh has been decided by the Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1 vide judgment and order dated 24.03.2023.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this application. It is, accordingly, consigned to records.
