Office has reported that the contempt application is time barred.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the order of the writ Court is stated to be of 01.10.2018. He contends that both the Bank as well as the applicant have filed Special Leave Petitions before the Apex Court in which initially the Apex Court vide order dated 03.01.2019 had stayed part of the order but subsequently the Special Leave to Petitions have been dismissed on 22.04.2022 and consequently the instant contempt application is within limitation prescribed.
Accordingly, issue notice to respondents no. 2 to 6 to show cause as to why the proceedings for contempt of the Court be not initiated against them for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 01.10.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.1403 (SB) of 2013.
List on the date indicated in the notice as fresh.
The authorities while serving notice on the respondents-contemnor shall strictly adhere to the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 07.06.2021 in Contempt No. 670 of 2021.
