Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the facts of the present case are identical to the facts of Writ-C No.24427 of 2022 (Km. Swati & Ors. vs. State of U.P. & Ors.), which has been dismissed today by this Court.

Accordingly, this writ petition is also dismissed in terms of the judgment passed in Writ-C No.24427 of 2022.
