Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime on instructions submits that he is not pressing the prayers made in this application for quashing the charge-sheet dated 7.4.2020 as well as cognizance order dated 25.2.2022 and entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.1615 of 2022 (State Vs. Anupam Jain) arising out of Case Crime No.56/2020, under Sections 63, 65 of Copy Rights Act, 1957 and Section 420 of I.P.C., Police Station-Barua Sagar, distict-Jhansi pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate/Civil Judge (S.D.)/F.T.C., Jhansi and prayed that the applicant is desirous to appear before the trial court within a period of two weeks, file bail application and in case the bail application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

In view of the above, prayers made in this application are rejected.

Application is disposed of with the direction that in the event applicant honours his undertaking and files appropriate bail application, Trial Court will undertake all endeavour to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law considering the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
