This criminal revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 22.11.2017 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Maharajganj in Case No.879 of 2014, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station Nichlaual, District Maharajganj by which the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for interim maintenance has been rejected.

Matter is 5 years old and the main case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending before the Court concerned.

Perused the impugned order by which, there appears no illegality or material irregularity or manifest error in the impugned order. It appears that due to efflux of time, revisionists have lost interest in the matter and do not want to pursue the matter further.

In view of the above, this criminal revision is accordingly, dismissed.
