The applicant has preferred the present contempt application for non-compliance of the judgment and order dated 22.04.2014 passed by this court in SCC Revision No.168 of 2014 (Deepak Kumar Garg Vs. Smt. Mangesh Goel).
Today when the matter is taken up, it is very fairly informed by Ms. Ragini Gupta, Advocate holding brief of Ms. Shreya Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant that due to subsequent development, the present contempt application becomes infructuous and prays for its dismissal.
Accordingly, the present contempt application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
