Office is directed to disconnect the Writ-A No. 6114 of 2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State-respondents.

This writ petition has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent no.2, Director of Education, (Basic), U.P. Lucknow and respondent no.5, District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur, to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner institution for including the primary section of the petitioner Sanskrit Vidyalaya also in the grant in aid list of the State Government.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that this case is covered by the judgment passed by Division Bench of this Court in Writ-A No.20751 of 2019 (C/M Adarsh Gramin Vidyalaya Sonkapur, Harthala and 8 others Vs. State of U.P. and 11 others) dated 14.3.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that institution is covered under category "C". The respondents will consider the claim of the petitioners as per Clause III of paragraph no.201 of the aforesaid judgement of Division Bench of this Court, within six weeks from today.

The writ is disposed of.
