The present application has been filed alleging that the applicant is a poor person and could not arrange separate sureties and bonds in all four cases registered against him in (1) Case Crime No.685 of 2021, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri (2) Case Crime No.1121 of 2021, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri and (3) Case Crime No.1134 of 2021, under Sections 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri. He submits that the applicant has already been enlarged on bail in all three cases.

The Counsel for the petitioner applicant prays that a direction may be issued to consider his case in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs The State of Uttar Pradesh - Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) Nos.8914-8915/2018, decided on 29.10.2018.

Considering the submission of the Counsel for the applicant, the present application is disposed off permitting the applicant to furnish and execute personal bond of Rs.10,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned which shall hold good in all the aforementioned cases in the light of the law laid down in the case of Hari Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky (supra).
